SITOP PSU8400 3AC 40A IOL Stabilized power supply Input: 400-500 V 3 AC output: 24 V DC/40 A with IO-Link connection The SITOP PSU8400 3-phase power supply is ideally suited to use in larger plants or machines with networked automation systems and high demands on reliability, functionality and system integration. With a very compact width, the device offers a display that can be used to read out current operating values and change device parameters on site, as well as an IO-Link interface that can be used to evaluate comprehensive diagnostic and maintenance information directly in the SIMATIC S7 and visualize it in SIMATIC WinCC. The high efficiency over the entire load range as well as minimal no-load losses enable resource-saving energy consumption and keep heat generation in the control cabinet low. A rugged wide-range input with DC capability allows connection to many electrical power systems worldwide and ensures a high degree of safety, even if there are large voltage supply deviations. Due to the high static and dynamic overload capability at the output, even demanding loads can be reliably supplied. A configurable signaling contact for monitoring and a control contact for uniform current distribution in parallel operation round off the equipment package and offer maximum functionality for use in complex plants and machines. To further increase 24 V availability, the SITOP PSU8400 power supply unit can be combined with DC UPS, redundancy and selectivity modules from the SITOP portfolio.
